Code of Conduct

We want everyone who works with us to have a great experience. Whether you are giving us a project, or an interview, attending, speaking, exhibiting, sponsoring, or working with or for us, our focus is on creating an environment and experience that everyone can participate in and benefit from. We keep an ethical first approach. Safety, respect, and consideration are integral to this. While issues are rare, we want to be clear about the standards and expectations in place when we work, because actions can impact others and everyone has a role to play in getting it right. This code explains our expectations and rules, which are in place to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all.

Our goal is to provide platforms for meaningful conversations, learning, and networking. To achieve this, we require all participants including any and everyone in our team to adhere to our code of conduct. This applies to any project we are doing for or with your or ourselves be it an interview or story, an editorial which is paid, a case study, a research program or content production.

Experience Principles:

– Be respectful and considerate of everyone

– Refrain from harassing or unethical behavior

– Protect confidential information

– Adhere to activity rules and instructions

– It is understood that our clients will not approach our employees or officers of the company for direct inquiries or questions, pertaining to financial, or contractual matters except with the assigned senior management POC. Additionally, we also expect our clients not to approach any of our team members allotted to any project for direct work or recruitment. This will be met with strict legalities and is pre-intimated in this Code of Conduct.
